Amavuta y'amamesa ni amavuta yari amenyerewe mu guteka  ariko yagiye asimbuzwa amavuta y'igihwagari na soya ,ariko nubu hari abakiyakoresha bateka isombe ngo nibwo irushaho kuryoha ,ariko mu bihugu bimwe na bimwe byo muri Afurika .amavuta y'amamesa ni amvuta y'ibanze muyo bakoresha mu guteka kubera ko ahenduka kandi bakaba bashobora no kuyihingira no kuyitunganyiriza.
